Dosage:

Pharmaceutical action. A complex drug, the effect of which is due to its constituent components. Lysozyme is an enzyme of protein nature, used as an antiseptic (direct effect on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as fungi and viruses). Pyridoxine has a protective effect on the buccal mucosa (having antiphony effect). Does not affect the pharmacodynamic properties of lysozyme.

Indications. Gingivitis, stomatitis, thrush, herpetic lesions and erosion of the oral mucosa of any etiology.

Dosage regimen:

Locally. Take 2 table. 3-4 times a day. The tablets slowly dissolve in the mouth. The dissolved substance should be retained in the mouth as long as possible. Pills not swallow! The course of treatment-8 days, if necessary, it can be extended.

Side effect:

Allergic reaction

Interaction. Enhances the action of antibiotics, including penicillin, chloramphenicol, nitrofurantoin. Increases the effect of diuretics, weakens the activity of levodopa. Isoniazid, penicillamine, pyrazinamide, immunosuppressors, estrogens and oral contraceptives may increase the need for pyridoxine (antagonistic action against pyridoxine or increase renal excretion).

Special instruction. When allergic reactions occur, the use of the drug should be discontinued. It is possible to use during pregnancy and lactation.
