The composition and form of issue:
Tablets, film-coated. 1 tablet contains:
clopidogrel hydrosulfate 98 mg
(equivalent to 75 mg clopidogrel)
excipients: mannitol, MCC of hyprolose croscarmellose sodium silicon dioxide talc stearic acid
shell: hypromellose macrogol 6000 titanium dioxide (E171) talc colorant iron oxide red (E172) Dimethicone purified water (not contained in the finished product)
blistere in 10 PCs. in cardboard pack 1, 2, 3, 6 or 9 blisters or blistere in 14 PCs. in cardboard pack 1 or 2 blisters.
Method of application and dose:
Inside, regardless of meals. The dosage depends on the medical criteria and the patient's condition. The usual recommended dose for adults, including the elderly, is 75 mg (1 table.) 1 time per day.
Treatment should begin within a few days to 35 days in patients after myocardial infarction (Q-forms) and from 7 days to 6 months in patients after ischemic stroke.
In patients with acute coronary syndrome without ST-segment elevation (unstable angina or myocardial infarction without Q wave) treatment with clopidogrel should be initiated with a single dose of 300 mg and then continued with a dose of 75 mg/day in combination with acetylsalicylic acid.
