Structure and Composition:
Tablets. 1 tablet contains active substance: Loratadine 10 mg
Excipients: lactose, corn starch, pregelatinized starch, magnesium stearate
in blister 7 pcs. In the paper cartons 1 blister, or 10 pcs. In the paper cartons 1, 2 or 3 blisters.
Oral suspension. 5 ml contains active substance: Loratadine 5 mg
Other ingredients: polysorbate 80, citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate dihydrate, sodium benzoate, white sugar, crystalline Avicel RC 591 FMC fragrance "Wild Cherry" glycerol concentrated propylene glycol Purified water
in dark glass bottles of 120 ml (complete with a dosing spoon) in the paper cartons 1 bottle.
Dosage and administration:
Inside, squeezed water or milk, can be received together with food. If necessary, the tablet can be chewed.
Adults and children over 12 years: 10 mg 1 time per day (. Table 1) or 10 ml (2 dosing spoons) suspension.
Children from 2 to 12 years of age (or birth weight less than 30 kg): 5 mg (1 dosing spoon) suspension or 5 mg (. Table 1/2) 1 time per day.
When a body weight of 30 kg and a 10 ml (2 dosing spoons) suspension, or 10 mg (. Table 1), one time per day.
For patients with impaired liver function or renal failure: The initial dose is 10 mg - 1 tablet. 2 dosing spoons or suspension in a day.
For children under 12 years are recommended to use a suspension.
