Oral solution-brownish-orange with a characteristic smell.
Tablets, film-coated, — biconvex, round, film-coated brick red colour.

Characteristic:

Description of pharmacological action:
Improves the supply of oxygen to the brain and glucose, normalizes the tone of arteries and veins, improves microcirculation, improves blood flow, prevents the aggregation of red blood cells has an inhibitory effect on platelet-activating factor improves metabolic processes, has antihypoxia effect on tissue and prevents the formation of free radicals and lipid peroxidation of cell membranes affects the release, reuptake and catabolism of neurotransmitters (norepinephrine, acetylcholine) and their ability to bind with membrane receptors.
Indications:
- cognitive and neurosensory deficits of different Genesis (except for Alzheimer's disease and dementia of different etiology)

Contraindications:
- hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug

Since the drug in the form of tablets contains lactose, it can not be prescribed to patients with congenital galactosemia, malabsortion syndrome of glucose or galactose, or lactase deficiency.
Use during pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Contraindicated in pregnancy. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.
Side effect:

Drug interaction:
Due to the fact that the drug in the form of a solution contains 0, 45 g 57% ethyl alcohol per dose (one dose), it is necessary to avoid simultaneous use with drugs of the following groups due to the possible occurrence of such reactions as hyperthermia, skin hyperemia, increased heart rate: antibiotics-cephalosporins (cefamandol, cefoperazone, latamoxef) disulfiram chloramphenicol antidiabetic hypoglycemic agents (cephalosporin). chlorpropamide, glibenclamide, glipizid, butamide) fungicides (griseofulvin) 5-nitroimidazoles (metronidazole, Ornidazole, secnidazole, tinidazole), ketoconazole cytotoxic agents (procarbazine) tranquilizers.
Dosage and administration:
Inside, eating.
1 table. or 1 ml of solution 3 times a day. The solution for oral administration should be pre-dissolved in 1/2 Cup water. Tablets should be washed down with 1/2 Cup water.
When taking the drug in the form of a solution for oral administration, use the supplied pipette-dispenser (1 dose = 1 ml of solution).
Overdose:
Cases of drug overdose are not known.
