1 ml of solution contains:

Active substances: mixture of phage lysate staphylococci, streptococci, E. coli, Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumonia.

Packaging

Pharmacological action

Piobacteriophage polyvalent (Sextaphage) has the ability to specifically lyse microorganisms (staphylococci, streptococci, pathogenic intestinal bacteria and Pseudomonas), Proteus mirabilis, Proteus vulgaris, Klebsiella pneumoniae.

Indications

Prevention and treatment of various forms of diseases and conditions caused by the above pathogens:

Pyo-inflammatory diseases of the ear, throat, nose, Airways, lungs and pleura (inflammation of the sinuses of the nose, middle ear, sore throat, pharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, pleurisy).

Surgical infections (purulent skin lesions, wound heating, abscess, phlegmon, mastitis, osteomyelitis, peritonitis, burns), urogenital infection (urethritis, cystitis, pyelonephritis, colpitis, endometritis, salpingooforit).

Enteric infections (gastroenterocolitis, cholecystitis, dysbacteriosis).

Generalized septic conditions.

Pyo-septic diseases in newborns and infants (omphalitis, pemphigus, gastroenterocolitis, sepsis).

Treatment of newly infected wounds.

Prevention of hospital-acquired infections on epidemiological indications.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance of the drug.

Method of application and doses

Polyvalent pyobacteriophage is used depending on the nature of the focus of infection: locally in the form of rinses, irrigation, lotions, intrastate for the introduction of wounds in the cavity, abscesses, abdominal, pleural, for calcification of phlegmon, introduction into the nasal cavity, nasal sinuses, middle ear cavity, bladder, uterus, vagina. In addition, the drug is taken orally, injected through a probe, as well as in the form of high enema.

The duration of treatment with polyvalent Eubacterium from 5 to 15 days, apply 1-3 times a day.

The dose is determined individually. It is possible to conduct repeated courses of treatment.

In pyelonephritis, enterocolitis, cholecystitis, intestinal dysbiosis, any purulent-septic diseases of different localization — per os, in a liquid form of 5-20 ml 3 times a day for 10-15 days.

With indomitable vomiting, and in children of the first year of life, an additional administration of Piobakteriofag polyvalent through the probe, in the form of high enema at a dose of 3-5 ml daily for 5-7 days is possible.

Locally polyvalent Pyobacteriophage is used in the form of irrigation, lotions and tampon up to 200 ml, taking into account the size of the affected area.

Intracavity-5-30 ml.

In abscesses, the amount of injected polyvalent Pyobacteriophage should be slightly less than the amount of remote pus, prescribed 1-3 times a day, the course — 5-15 days.

In proctology for preoperative preparation of the polyvalent Eubacteria used in the form of drip enemas (100-200 ml at 60 drops per minute).

In case of infections of ENT organs: intraspinal-2-20 ml 1-3 times a day.

In the treatment of omphalitis, neonatal pyoderma: in the form of applications, lotions daily 2 times a day for 5-7 days.

When administered in liquid form for children over 3 years of age and adults should ingest a solution of baking soda (0, 5 tsp at 0, 5 cups of water).

The local application of Eubacteria polyvalent, if for the treatment of wounds used chemical preservatives (with the exception of furatsilina), the wound should be washed with a sterile physiological solution of sodium chloride or 2-3% solution of soda.

Side effect

Reactions to the introduction of polyvalent Eubacteria not marked.

Special instruction

Opening of vials and ampoules, the procedure of administration of polyvalent Pyobacteriophage is carried out under strict compliance with the rules of antisepsis. Before use, the vials and ampoules are shaken and viewed-the drug should be transparent and contain no sediment. When turbidity of the drug or violation of the integrity of the package it is not used. Storage of the drug after opening the vial or ampoule is not allowed.

The use of polyvalent Eubacteria does not exclude the use of other antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs.
