Composition and form of issue
Solution for oral administration and rectal administration
in bottles of 100 ml or 20 ml for a 4 pack.
Intesti-bacteriophage is a mixture of sterile filtrates of fagolizatov sigaretnyj (Flexner serovars 1, 2, Z, 4, 6 and sonnei), Salmonella (paratyphoid a, paratyphoid b, typhimurium, cholera suis, infantis, Oranienburg, enteritidis), enteropathogenic Escherichia coli are the most etiologically important serovariants, Proteus (vulgaris, mirabilis), Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and enterococcal bacteria.
Pharmacological action:
Intesti-bacteriophage-immunobiological preparation with antimicrobial properties. Intesti-bacteriophage has the ability to specifically lick staphylococcal bacteria, pathogens of purulent infections: S. flexneri I, II, III, IV and VI types and S. sonnei, S. paratiphi a, S. paratiphi B, S. tiphimurium, S. infantis, S. cholerasuis, S. oranienburg, S. enteritidis, Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris and mirabilis, Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas aeraginosa.
Indications
Treatment and prevention of diseases of the upper respiratory tract, purulent infections of the skin, mucous membranes, visceral organs caused by staphylococcal bacteria and dysbiosis.
Treatment and prevention of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract caused by the above microorganisms or their combination, including: bacterial dysentery, salmonellosis, typhoid fever, paratyphoid, dysbacteriosis, enterocolitis, colitis, dyspepsia.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance of the drug.
Method of application and doses
Inside (Per os) Intesti-bacteriophage is taken 4 times a day on an empty stomach for 1-1.5 hours before meals.
Rectally (Per rectum) in the form of enema is prescribed 1 time per day after emptying the intestine.
Recommended dosage per reception:
children up to 6 months-5-10 ml (inside), 10 ml (rectally),
children from 6 to 12 months-10-15 ml (inside), 20 ml (rectally),
children from 1 year to 3 years-15-20 ml (inside), 30-40 ml (rectally),
over 3 years - 20-30 ml (inside), 40-60 ml (rectal).
Side effect:
Rarely possible vomiting (in children), rashes on the skin.
Special instruction
The use of Intesti-bacteriophage does not exclude the use of other drugs, including antibiotics.
When the turbidity of the solution - the drug is not consumed.
Storage conditions
In a dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 2-8°C.
