Characteristics of LS. Interferon Alfa-2b enclosed in liposomes, freeze-dried

Formdata. It has immunomodulatory and antiviral effect.

Testimony. Acute hepatitis b, chronic hepatitis b (active or inactive replicative forms), chronic hepatitis b (complicated by glomerulonephritis in the complex therapy).

Contraindications. Hypersensitivity, severe allergic diseases, pregnancy.

Precaution: hypersensitivity to interferons.

Dosing regimen. Inside, 30 minutes before eating. Immediately before use the contents of the vial, add 1-2 ml of distilled or cooled boiled water. With shaking for 1 to 5 min to form a homogeneous white suspension. Acute hepatitis b: adults and school-age children and 1 million IU 2 times daily, children 3-7 years — 0.5 million IU 1 time per day for 10 days, if necessary (after the control of biochemical studies of blood) or more, until complete recovery. Chronic hepatitis b (active or inactive replicative forms, associated with glomerulonephritis): school-age children and adults: 1 million IU, children 3-7 years — 0.5 million IU for 10 days 2 times a day and then for 1 month in a day 1 time a day at night.
