Description pharmaceutical form:

Round, biconvex tablets with a smooth surface, greenish-yellow, with a characteristic odor. Slight deviations from homogeneity of the colouring (marbling pattern, pinpoint inclusions).

Description pharmacological action:

Phlogenzym is a combination of two complementary enzymes bromelain and trypsin in combination with rutin. Enzymes are absorbed in the intestine, through the resorption of intact molecules and by binding to transport proteins of blood into the blood stream. In the future, migrate to the bloodstream, accumulate in the area of the pathological process, regardless of the place of localization in the body. Bromelain and trypsin contribute to the rapid breakdown of cellular "fragments" and the metabolic products of the inflammatory process, and rutin restores the permeability of the walls of blood vessels, which reduces swelling and bruising. Thus, the enzymes included in the composition of the drug, exert their activity by anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, fibrinolytic, antiplatelet, and decongestant properties, acting on the complex pathophysiological processes.

Phlogenzym improves the functional condition of blood cells and vascular walls, decreases blood viscosity and the risk of blood clots in the blood vessels, helps dissolve already formed blood clots. Improves microcirculation, resulting in faster resolve swelling and bruising, decreases pain syndrome.

Phlogenzym improves microcirculation in the lesions of chronic inflammation, increases the delivery of oxygen and nutrients (blood supply), thereby stimulating the reparative processes in chronic diseases and in the postoperative period.

Phlogenzym improves blood flow to the bronchi and lung tissue in chronic respiratory diseases, including caused by Smoking thins mucus, improve function ciliated epithelium and restores the drainage function of bronchi.

Phlogenzym increases the effectiveness of antibiotic therapy.

Indications:

• surgery — in the treatment of postoperative complications, dentistry and plastic surgery (suppuration, thrombosis, adhesions) in order to prevent adhesive disease, lymph edema and microcirculatory disorders, burns
  
• orthopaedic surgery — in the treatment of damaged tendons and ligaments, sports injuries
  
• angiology — therapy in complex treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis, thrombophlebitis superficial veins, postthrombotic disease, obliterating atherosclerosis of lower limb arteries and other chronic arteriopathy
  
• urology — in the treatment of acute and chronic inflammation of the urogenital tract: cystitis, urethritis, zistopielit, prostatitis
  
• gynecology in the treatment of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs (adnexitis, salpingoophoritis) vascular complications of menopause. To reduce the frequency and severity of complications hormone replacement therapy
  
• cardiology — in the treatment of ischemic heart disease, prevention of angina attacks

Contraindications:

idiosyncrasy

congenital or acquired disorders of blood clotting (e.g. haemophilia).

Caution — during hemodialysis.

Experience of application in children is absent.

With caution (only after consultation with your doctor).

Side effects:

In some cases, more frequent stools, change consistency and smell of feces (quickly cropped for the temporary reduction of the dose), allergic skin reactions (rash).

Drug interactions:

At simultaneous reception with other drugs cases of incompatibility are unknown. The application together with antibiotics increases the effectiveness of antibiotic therapy.

Method of application and dose:

Inside, at least 30 minutes before food with liquid, squeezed water (150 ml).

With the medical purpose Phlogenzym take 3 table. 3 times a day for 2 weeks, if a doctor is not assigned to a longer treatment period. To prevent Phlogenzym recommended dosage is 2 table. 3 times a day for 2 weeks.

The change of the course of treatment and dosage of the drug may, after consultation with the doctor.

Precautions:

The administration of large doses may cause a temporary feeling of fullness, flatulence, and in rare cases, General malaise. This can be avoided by dividing the daily dose into a greater number of meals a day.

Special instructions:

In infectious inflammatory processes does not replace treatment with antibiotics, but improves their effectiveness. At exacerbation of chronic diseases at the beginning of treatment, the drug should not stop (necessary to decrease the dose and consult a doctor).

The drug is not a doping (conclusion anti-Doping center of the state Committee of the Russian Federation No. 042-D/96 dated 26.03.96).

Patients with diabetes should be aware that each tablet of the drug contains 0,015 HEH.

The drug has no negative impact on driving.
