The composition and form of issue:

Nose drops (nasal) 1 ml contains:

interferon Alfa-2b human recombinant at least 10,000 IU/ml

excipients: disodium edetate dihydrate sodium chloride sodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate potassium dihydrogen phosphate povidone — 8 thousand macrogol 4000 purified water 

in plastic bottles with dispenser-dropper for 5 or 10 ml in a cardboard pack 1 bottle.

Description pharmaceutical form:

Transparent, colorless or pale yellow solution.

Indications:

Prevention and treatment of influenza and ARVI in children and adults, including pregnant women.

Contraindications:

• individual intolerance of the interferon and components included in the drug
  
• severe form of allergic diseases.
  

Application of pregnancy and breast-feeding:

Permitted for use during the entire pregnancy according to age dose.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions.

Drug interactions:

Concurrent use of vasoconstrictor drugs is not recommended (promotes additional drying of the nasal mucosa).

Method of application and dose:

The intranasal route. At the first sign of influenza, SARS: newborns and children up to 1 year — 1 drop in each nostril 5 times a day (single dose 1000 IU, daily dose of 5000 IU), children 1 to 3 years — 2 drops in each nostril 3-4 times daily (single dose of 2000 IU daily 6000-8000 IU), from 3 to 14 years — 2 drops in each nostril 4-5 times a day (single dose of 2000 IU daily 8000-10000 IU), adults: 3 drops in each nostril 5-6 times a day (single dose of 3000 IU daily — 15000-18000 IU) for 5 days.

To prevent colds and flu:

In contact with the patient and/or hypothermia in a single dose of age 2 times a day. If necessary, preventive courses should be repeated.

During seasonal increase of morbidity — a dose of age single dose in the morning with an interval of 24-48 h.

After instillation is recommended to massage the fingers, the wings of the nose for several minutes to distribute the drug in the nasal cavity.

Expiration date:

After opening the bottle for 30 days.
