Composition
1 ml of concentrate contains cyclosporine 50 mg

10 ampoules of 1 ml.
Pharmacological action
Immunosuppressive. Sandimmune block the cell cycle of resting lymphocytes in the G0 or G1 phase and inhibits antigen-triggered the production and secretion of lymphokines (including interleukin?2, a growth factor for T-lymphocytes) activated T-lymphocytes.
Testimony
Transplantation of solid organs (kidney, liver, heart, heart-lung complex, lung, pancreas) and bone marrow, endogenous uveitis, nephrotic syndrome, distinct forms of rheumatoid arthritis in active phase, severe psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.
Application of pregnancy and breastfeeding
During pregnancy Sandimmune should be used with caution. Breastfeeding at the time of treatment must be discontinued.
Method of application and doses
The selection of the initial dose and the correction mode Sandimmune in the process of treating a given clinical and laboratory parameters and values of drug concentration in plasma, determined daily.
Side effects
Abdominal pain, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, weakness, paresthesia, cramps, muscle spasms, myopathy, tremor, hypertension, impaired renal function and liver, edema, pancreatitis, reversible dysmenorrhea and amenorrhea, anemia, thrombocytopenia, in some cases accompanied by microangiopathic hemolytic anemia and renal insufficiency, hyperkalemia, hyperuricemia, hypomagnesemia, weight gain, gingival hypertrophy, hypertrichosis, increased susceptibility to infections, development of malignancy and lymphoproliferative disorders.
Storage conditions
The drug should be stored out of reach of children, at temperature not above 20°C.
