Composition
Immunoglobulin complex preparation (KIP) lyophilized powder for preparation of solution for enteral use (for ingestion).
Immunoglobulin complex preparation (KIP) contains: human immunoglobulin three classes: Ig A (15-25%), M Ig (15-25% ) and Ig G (50-70%) isolated from human plasma, tested for absence of antibodies to virus human immunodeficiency (HIV1 and HIV 2), hepatitis C virus and surface antigen of hepatitis b virus (HbsAg), contains no preservatives and antibiotics.
Immunobiological properties
Immunoglobulin complex preparation (KIP) is an immunobiological preparation for enteral application. KIP represents an immunologically active protein fraction isolated fractionation of the serum of blood. KIP freeze-dried, has the appearance of an amorphous mass of white.
Immunoglobulin complex preparation (KIP) has intestinal antiseptic, immunostimulant, antiallergic, and restoring the microflora action.
Immunobiological properties of TRC due to the content of three classes of immunoglobulins IgA, IgM and IgG.
IgM has a bactericidal effect on pathogens, IgA complicates their attachment to the epithelium of the mucous membrane, reproduction and provides quick removal from the intestine, IgG neutralizes microbial toxins and viruses, mediates the "adhesion" of bacteria to macrophages and their subsequent phagocytosis. In addition to the excretion of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, KIP promotes the growth of normal intestinal microflora (bifidobacteria, lactobacilli, enterococci and non-pathogenic E. coli), increases the production of secretory IgA and normalizes the altered parameters of systemic immunity.
Indications:
Treatment of acute intestinal infections caused by Enterobacteriaceae in children aged from 1 month to 14 years and adults:
the dysbacteriosis of the intestine, due to any factors (acute intestinal infection, prolonged irrational antibiotic therapy, chronic illness, stress, immunodeficiency, radiation exposure, etc.)
acute intestinal infection, the possibility of obtaining a defined therapeutic effect in 2-3 days after receiving the TRC makes the medium of choice in the treatment of acute intestinal infections (including rotavirus etiology) in children the first year of life,
chronic enterocolitis,
combined therapy of allergic dermatoses, combined with intestinal dysfunction,
immunocorrective therapy in persons with snizhanna activity of humoral immunity factors (preterm infants, infants on artificial feeding, persons suffering from chronic gastrointestinal diseases, the elderly, etc.)
prevention of infectious disease in persons with acquired immunodeficiency.
Contraindications:
Do not use KIP to children with a history indicate an allergic reaction with the introduction of normal human immunoglobulin or Kipa (angioedema, allergic rash, anaphylactic shock).
Method of application and dosage
KIP administered orally.
The contents of the vial (1 dose) diluted with boiled water at room temperature, dissolution time should not exceed 5 min.
KIP take 30 minutes before meals (fasting) 1 times a day in 1 dose for 5 days.
In severe acute intestinal infections the daily dose can be increased by 2-3 times. In case of chronic pathology after 5-6 months of treatment it is necessary to repeat.
Perhaps the use of TRC in combination with antibiotics, chemotherapeutic drugs, bacteriophages.
In the treatment of acute intestinal infections and correction of dysbiosis KIP rationally combine with bacterial preparations, probiotics, and specific bacteriophages.
Side effects
Reaction to the introduction of TRC is usually absent. Sometimes in individuals with increased Allergy, may be local polymorphic rash. In these cases, continued use of the TRC should be continued in combination with antihistamines.
