Composition and form of release:

1 tablet contains clopamide 5 mg, dihydroergocrystine (in the form of maleate) 0, 5 mg and reserpine 0, 1 mg in a blister of 20 PCs.

Pharmacological action:

It depletes norepinephrine reserves in the endings of the adrenergic nerves, blocks alpha-adrenoreceptors.

Description of the pharmacological action:

Expands the peripheral vessels, reduces the OPSS, increases the excretion of sodium and chlorine ions in the urine, water, reduces the content of sodium ions in the vascular wall, reducing its sensitivity to vasoconstrictive effects.

Indications:

Arterial hypertension (primary, secondary).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, hypokalemia (resistant to treatment), severe liver and kidney function disorders, severe coronary insufficiency, recent myocardial infarction, depressive States, epilepsy, duodenal ulcer, gastroenteritis, bronchial asthma, diabetes mellitus, gout.

Side effect:

Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, muscle weakness, orthostatic hypotension, hyperemia and edema of the nasal mucosa, violations of the water-electrolyte balance.

Dosage and administration:

Inside, adults-at a dose of 1 tablet per day in severe forms or conditions requiring rapid reduction in blood PRESSURE, the daily dose can be increased to 2-3 tablets maintenance therapy-1 tablet every other day.

With caution, it is prescribed in the elderly and senile age to people whose professions require increased attention, speed of mental and physical reaction.
