The composition and form of issue:

1 tablet contains indomethacin 25 mg blistere in 30 PCs., in a cardboard box 1 blister.

1 tablet retard — 75mg per blister, 25 PCs in a cardboard box 1 or 2 blisters.

Pharmacological action:

Does ziklooksigenzu in the cascade of arachidonic acid, inhibits biosynthesis of GHGs.

Indications:

Rheumatic diseases, collagen diseases, sciatica, peripheral neuritis, discopathy, gout (exacerbation), acute pain syndromes of radicular origin.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, ulcers disease stomach and duodenal ulcers, enteritis, enterocolitis, asthma, pregnancy, lactation (should abandon breastfeeding), children's age (up to 14 years).

Side effect:

Diarrhoeal disorders, gastrointestinal bleeding, anorexia, recurrence of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcers, headache, dizziness, confusion, seizures, hypertension, edema.

Method of application and doses:

Inside. Tablets: 25 mg 2-3 times a day, gradually increasing the dose to 25 mg weekly, maximum daily dose — 150-200 mg.

Retard tablets: in acute conditions — first, 1 table. 2 times a day for 5-10 days, then 1 tab. 1 time a day (night) for 5-7 days for chronic conditions — 1 table. 1 time per day.

Precautionary measures:

Be wary appointed to insufficient liver and kidney, hypertension, heart failure, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy in the elderly. During treatment recommended regular monitoring of liver function and kidney, composition of formed elements of peripheral blood. You should avoid potentially hazardous activities, require increased attention, speed of mental and physical reactions.
