Composition
100 g of the drug contain ibuprofen - 5 g,
auxiliary substances: propylene glycol, ethyl alcohol, carbomer 940, dimexide, triethanolamine, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, neroli essential oil, lavender essential oil, water purified to 100 g.

Pharmacological action
Ibuprofen has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. Suppresses the production of inflammatory mediators by inhibiting cycloxygenases 1 and 2. Weakens pain, including joint pain at rest and in motion, reduces morning stiffness and swelling of the joints, helps to increase range of motion.
Indications
- Diseases of the musculoskeletal system: rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis peripheral joints and spine, rheumatic lesions of soft tissues
- Muscle pain of rheumatic and non-rheumatic origin
- Post-traumatic inflammation of soft tissues without affecting the integrity of the skin
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or other components of the drug, acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs, "aspirin" asthma, pregnancy (III trimester), childhood up to 1 year, violation of the integrity of the skin (including infected abrasions and wounds).
Precautions: hepatic porphyria (exacerbation), erosivno-azwenne defeat of the gastrointestinal tract, heavy human liver and kidneys, chronic heart failure, bronchial asthma, old age, pregnancy I-II trimester, child age, lactation.
Method of application and doses
Outwardly. Adults gel Ibuprofen applied to the skin 3-4 times a day and lightly rubbed. The required amount of the drug depends on the size of the painful zone. Single dose is 2-4 grams (4-8 cm when fully open the neck of the tube). The duration of treatment without medical advice should not exceed 10 days.
Side effect
Local reactions: eczema, contact dermatitis (itching, redness, swelling of the treated skin, papules, vesicles, peeling).
Systemic reaction: a generalized skin rash, allergic reactions (urticaria, angioneurotic edema, bronhospasticskie reaction).
Special instruction
The drug should be applied only to intact skin, avoiding contact with open wounds. After application you should not apply an occlusive dressing. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Overdose
Extremely low systemic absorption of the active components of the drug in external use makes overdose almost impossible.
