Pharmacological action:
Drug with detoxification effects. The mechanism of action is due to the ability of low-molecular povidone bind toxins circulating in the blood and rapidly remove them from the body.
Haemodes-N increases renal blood flow, increases glomerular filtration and increases the diuresis.
Haemodes-N differs from Haemodes a lower molecular weight polyvinylpyrrolidone used for its production. The decrease in molecular weight of the polymer accelerates its excretion by the kidneys from the body and improves the detoxification properties of the drug.
Pharmacokinetics:
Not metabolized, rapidly excreted in the urine.
Indications:
Detoxification therapy:
- toxic forms of acute infectious intestinal diseases (dysentery, salmonellosis)
- peritonitis (postoperative)
- diseases of the liver accompanied by hepatic insufficiency
- burn disease
- sepsis
- hemolytic disease of the newborn
- in utero infections and toxemia newborn.
Dosing regimen:
Before the introduction of the solution should be warmed to body temperature.
The drug is injected in/in drip rate of 40-80 drops/min. Single dose depend on the patient's age and severity of intoxication. The initial dose for children is 2.5 ml/kg of body weight.
The maximum single dose depending on the age of the patient presented in the table:
100 ml contains:
povidone (polyvinylpyrrolidone) low molecular weight medical with a molecular weight of 8000±2000 g 6
sodium chloride 550 mg
potassium chloride 42 mg
calcium chloride 50 mg
magnesium chloride anhydrous 500 mg
sodium bicarbonate 23 mg
osmolality 214 mOsm
The drug is administered 1-2 times/day depending on the severity of intoxication.

Data on the efficacy and safety of the drug Haemodes-N during pregnancy and lactation is not provided.
Special instructions:
If you have allergic reactions with the drug should cease immediately infuziu and to spend symptomatic therapy (antihistamines, cardiotonic, corticosteroids, vasoconstrictors).
The occurrence of side reactions during the introduction of Haemodes-N with the increased speed may require the introduction of vasoconstrictor and cardiotonic drugs, calcium chloride.
