Composition

1 tablet contains:

surfactants: gramicidin C (based on active substance) - 0.0015 g

Other ingredients: calcium stearate, lactose (milk sugar), sucrose (sugar), flavor, sodium saccharin (soluble saccharin).

Pharmachologic effect

The drug for treating infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and throat diseases. The product contains an antimicrobial agent gramicidin S.

The mechanism of action of gramicidin C is associated with increased permeability of the cytoplasmic membrane of microbial cells that breaks its resistance and causes cell death.

Gramicidin C has a strong antimicrobial activity against pathogens of the mouth and throat infections.

The drug reduces inflammation, soothes the discomfort in the throat, swallowing easier, when resorption helps cleanse the mouth and throat of the microorganisms.

Testimony

Infectious-inflammatory diseases of the mouth and throat: tonsillitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, periodontitis, gingivitis, stomatitis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components included in the preparation. Lactation, children under the age of 12 years (including the dosing regimen).

Be wary of pregnancy.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding

During pregnancy and lactation the drug is possible only after consultation with your doctor.

Dosing and Administration

It is used after a meal by sucking mouth without chewing.

Immediately after applying the drug should refrain from eating and drinking for 1-2 hours.

The dosage for adults and children over 12 years: 3 mg (2 tablets) one after the other (with an interval of 20-30 minutes) slowly dissolves in the mouth four times a day.

The use of more than 7 days possible on doctor's advice.

Side effects

In some cases, possible allergic reactions to components of the preparation.

Drug interactions

Gramicidin C enhances the effects of other anti-microbial agents of local and systemic effects.
