The composition and form of issue:

Ointment 1 tube contains:

triamcinolone acetonide 15 mg

excipients: methyl parahydroxybenzoate stearic acid Polysorbate 60 cetyl alcohol liquid paraffin glycerol (85%) purified water 

in the box to 15 grams in a box 1 tuba.

Pharmacological action:

Like other glucocorticoids in a local application constricts blood vessels, normalizes vascular permeability, and stabilizes lysosomal membranes, reduces the cell division rate of the epidermis.

Indications:

Eczema, contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, herpetiformis dermatitis, exudative erythema, diskoidna lupus erythematosus, photodermatosis, hypertrophic and keloid scarring, lichen planus, insect bites.

Contraindications:

Viral and fungal infections, varicella, tuberculosis skin, skin manifestations of syphilis, tumors and precancerous diseases of the skin, perioral dermatitis, ophthalmic pathology.

Side effects:

Local reactions: erythema, hypertrichosis, skin atrophy, accession bacterial and fungal infection systemic glucocorticoid effects (with prolonged use and application on a large surface).

Method of application and dose:

External, put a thin layer on the affected skin surface 2-3 times a day (no more than 15 g/day) possible imposition of occlusive bandage (dose not exceeding 10 g/day).

The course of treatment is usually 5-10 days, if persistent for up to 25 days, is not recommended more than 4 weeks.

Special instructions:

It is not recommended to apply on the skin for a long time.
