Pharmachologic effect

Fluconazole - group of antifungal triazole derivatives. It inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, disrupting the permeability of the cell wall. Active against Candida spp., Microsporum spp., Cryptococcus neoformans, Trichophyton spp.

Testimony

Cryptococcosis (including cryptococcal meningitis), systemic candidiasis, mucosal candidiasis, vaginal candidiasis, prevention of fungal infections in patients with lowered immunity (including in AIDS patients).

Fungal infections of the skin, including tinea pedis, body, groin, pityriasis versicolor, onychomycosis.

Dosing and Administration
