The composition and form of issue:

1 ml suspension for injection contains hydrocortisone acetate 25 mg in ampoules of 2 ml (complete with a knife ampulnam), in cardboard packs of 10 vials.

Indications:

Allergic skin diseases, inflammatory diseases of the joints, rheumatism, arthritis, bursitis, bronchial asthma, acute adrenal insufficiency, thyroiditis, thyrotoxic crisis.

Contraindications:

Heavy forms of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, circulatory insufficiency III extent, a disease Itsenko-Kushinga, psychosis, nephritis, osteoporosis, stomach ulcer and duodenal ulcer, syphilis, active form of tuberculosis.

Side effects:

Virilization, obesity, hirsutism, menstrual irregularities, osteoporosis, mental disorders, the syndrome Itsenko-Kushinga.

Drug interactions:

Effect weaken barbiturates, diuretics hypokalemia increase. Reduces the effect of hypoglycemic agents.

Method of application and dose:

In/m (deep in the gluteus muscle) — 125-250 mg/day. Intra — 5-25 mg (0,1–1 ml) 1 times a week for 3-5 injections. Before use, the contents of the vials shaken until a homogeneous suspension.
