The composition and form of issue: 

1 ml solution for injection contains potassium asparaginata 0.045 g, magnesium asparaginata 0.04 g in ampoules 5, 10 or 20 ml, in a cardboard bundle 10 vials.

Pharmacological action:

Compensates deficiency of potassium and magnesium ions, normalizes electrolyte balance, reduces anxiety and conductivity attack (antiarrhythmic effect).

Indications:

The arrhythmias on the background of hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia, digitalisnaya intoxication ventricular premature beats, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.

Contraindications:

Renal failure, hyperkalemia, AV blockade II-III degree.

Side effects:

From the nervous system and sensory organs: dizziness (at/in the introduction), hyporeflexia, neuromuscular blockade, seizures.

From the cardiovascular system and blood (hematopoiesis, hemostasis): hypotension, arrhythmia.

From the digestive tract: nausea, discomfort in the epigastric region.

Other: feeling of thirst, oppression of breathing.

Drug interactions:

Lowers the effectiveness of cardiac glycosides.

Method of application and dose:

In/in, drip (with a speed of 25 drops per 1 min) or bolus (max 5 ml in 1 min). Drip before the introduction of the contents of 1-2 ampoules diluted in 100-200 ml of sterile water for injection or 5% glucose solution for inkjet — contents of 1 ampoule diluted in 20 ml of sterile water for injection or 5% glucose solution.
