Pharmacological action

Proteolytic means. Even splits nekrotizirovannye tissues, dilutes viscous secrets and exudates, blood clots. In the activity similar to chymotrypsin and trypsin.

Testimony

Burns of III-a degree (to accelerate scab rejection and cleansing of granulating wounds from the remnants of necrotic tissue).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.

Method of application and doses

Even used topically as a 0.5%, 1% or 2% solutions (depending on the thickness of scab). The solutions were prepared ex tempore on a 0.5% solution of procaine or 0.9% solution of sodium chloride. Cloth moistened with Karipazim applied to the burn surface, cover waterproof bandage. Simultaneously handle no more than 30% total body surface area. Fold change 1 time/day. or 1 every 2 days, while removing the exfoliated necrotic tissue. The course of treatment - from 4 to 12 days.
