The composition and form of issue: 

The solution for intramuscular introduction 

Solution A. 2 ml contains:

glucosamine sulfate 400 mg

sodium chloride 102,5 mg

excipients: trometamol up to a pH of 2.0 to 3.0, lidocaine hydrochloride — 10.0 mg water for injection to 2.0 ml 

Solution B. 1 ml contains:

diethanolamine 24 mg

water for injection to 1.0 ml

in ampoules of glass lighting 2 ml (solution A) together with the solvent (in ampoules of neutral glass with a volume of 1 ml of solution B) with a packing contour cell 6 PCs. in cardboard pack 1 pack.

Description pharmaceutical form:

Solution a is a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid.

Solution B is a colorless transparent liquid.

The mixture of solutions A and B pale yellow clear liquid.

Description pharmacological action:

Glucosamine sulfate has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, whereas deficiency of endogenous glucosamine stimulates the synthesis of proteoglycans and hyaluronic acid of synovial fluid contributes to the fixation of sulfur in the synthesis process chondroitinase acid, inhibits the development of degenerative processes in the joints, restores their function. Glucosamine helps to prevent the processes of destruction of cartilage, stimulates the regeneration of cartilage tissue. Improves joint mobility, reduces the need for NSAIDs.

Indications:

  • primary and secondary osteoarthritis
  • spondiloarthrosis.

Contraindications:

  • individual hypersensibility to glycosamine, lidocaine hydrochloride and other components of the drug
  • phenylketonuria.

Due to the presence of lidocaine in the product, it is contraindicated under the following conditions:

  • a violation of cardiac conductance
  • acute heart failure
  • epileptiform convulsions in history
  • severe violations of the liver and kidneys
  • pregnancy and lactation
  • children up to age 12 years.

With caution should use the drug in patients with chronic heart failure, arterial hypotension, bronchial asthma, diabetes mellitus. Intolerance seafood (shrimp, clams), the likelihood of allergic reactions to the drug increases.

Side effects:

Tolerability is good. In some cases, possible flatulence, diarrhea, constipation, allergic reactions (urticaria, itching).

Because of the content of the drug lidocaine are possible: nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, diplopia, headache, dizziness, numbness of tongue and mucous membrane of the mouth, tremor, euphoria, disorientation, impaired cardiac conduction, anaphylactic reactions.

Drug interactions:

Working with NSAIDs, acetaminophen and corticosteroids.

Cimetidine and propranolol decrease hepatic clearance of lidocaine (reduced metabolism due to inhibition of microsomal oxidation and reducing hepatic blood flow) and increase the risk of toxic effects.

In the appointment with ajmaline, phenytoin, verapamil, quinidine, amiodarone, may increase the negative inotropic effect. Joint appointment with beta-blockers increases the risk of bradycardia.

Weakens the cardiotonic effect of cardiac glycosides, increases the muscular action of curariform drugs.

Procainamide increases the risk of excitation of the Central nervous system, hallucinations.

While the appointment of hypnotic and sedative drugs may increase their inhibitory action on the Central nervous system.

At/in the introduction gexobarbitala or thiopental sodium on the background of the action of lidocaine possible respiratory depression.

Potentiates the effects of MAO inhibitors.

While the use of polymyxin b may increase the depressant effect on neuromuscular transmission, therefore it is necessary to monitor the respiratory function of the patient. May decrease the effectiveness of antidiabetic drugs, doxorubicin, teniposide, etoposide.

Method of application and dose:

V/m the Drug is not intended for on/in the introduction.

Before use, mix solution B (solvent) And solution (drug solution) in the same syringe. The prepared solution (mixture of solutions A and B) injected I/m at 3 ml 3 times a week for 4-6 weeks.

Overdose:

Overdoses are not observed.
