Dosage and administration:
Inside, 1 time a day (morning or evening).
Adults
The treatment of depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder: the usual dose is 50 mg 1 time per day.
To reduce the frequency and severity of side effects in patients with panic disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder: The recommended initial dose - 25 mg / day and 1 week after dose increase to 50 mg / day.
If an unsatisfactory therapeutic effect, and good endurance can be increased daily dose - 50 mg for a few weeks to a maximum daily dose - 200 mg. The therapeutic effect is achieved, usually within seven days. However, to achieve full antidepressant effect requires 2 to 4 weeks. With obsessive-compulsive disorder, a therapeutic effect is even slower. For maintenance therapy should be administered the lowest effective dose.

Special patient groups
In elderly patients and in patients with impaired renal function, a special dose adjustment is required.
