Composition and form of issue:
Cream 1 g contains:
benzalkonium chloride 100 mcg
cetrimide, 2 mg
excipients: white soft paraffin anhydrous lanolin cetil alcohol polyvax GP 200 chloro-benzene carmoisine E122 purified water
in tubes of 50, 55 and 100 grams in a cardboard bundle 1 tuba.
Description of dosage form:
Homogeneous cream pink.
Description of the pharmacological action:
Has antimicrobial, emollient, dermatoprotectornoe and hydrating properties. The drug is active against gram-positive flora, to a lesser extent-gram-negative, ineffective against acid-resistant bacilli and spores.
Indications:
Prevention and treatment of diaper rash in young children
- prevention and treatment of contact dermatitis resulting from skin irritation with urine in adults
- elimination of symptoms of minor burns (including sunburn), as well as skin lesions due to other adverse external influences.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity (including to benzalkonium chloride, cetrimide and lanolin).
Application for pregnancy and breastfeeding:
When used in accordance with the instructions of systemic absorption of the drug is not observed, so special precautions when applying the cream during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not.
Side effect:
Allergic reactions can develop in people who are sensitive to one or more components of the cream. There are rare cases of hypersensitivity to lanolin. Hypersensitivity to cetrimide is known to manifest as localized contact dermatitis. In severe cases, the rash can be generalized.
Drug interaction:
Soap and anionic surfactants reduce the effectiveness of the drug.
Method of application and doses:
Externally, on thoroughly washed and dried skin.
Children-apply a thin layer to the skin with each change of diapers or diapers, necessarily treating and skin folds.
Adults-for the prevention and treatment of contact dermatitis that occurs due to irritation of the skin with urine, regular use of the drug is recommended.

Overdose:

Precautionary measures:
It is recommended to discontinue use at the first signs of allergic skin reaction.
