The beginning of therapeutic effect within 5 minutes on the background I/V administration and lasts for 10 min.

Testimony

Shock different Genesis (cardiogenic, postoperative, infectious-toxic, anaphylactic, hypovolemic /only after the restoration BCC/). Acute cardiovascular insufficiency of various Genesis, syndrome of low cardiac output in cardiac surgery patients, arterial hypotension, to enhance diuresis in case of poisoning.

Contraindications

Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, pheochromocytoma, ventricular fibrillation, hypersensitivity to dopamine.

Application of pregnancy and breastfeeding

During pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) Dopamine is used only in those cases when expected benefit for mother exceeds potential risk for fetus or child.

Method of application and doses

Set individually depending on the severity of the shock, the magnitude of blood pressure and the patient's response to the introduction of dopamine. With the aim of improving the myocardial contractility and increase urine output give/drip in 100-250 µg/min In case of need for exposure to the AD increase the dose to 300-500-700 µg/min.

Children Dofamin-Ferein administered at a dose of 4-6 mcg/kg/min.

The duration of dopamine may be to 28 days.

The maximum dose: when in/drip in adults - 1500 mg/min.

Side effects

From the side of cardiovascular system: tachycardia or bradycardia, chest pain, increase or decrease in blood pressure, conduction disorders, broadening of the QRS complex, vasospasm, increased end-diastolic pressure in the left ventricle, when used in high doses - ventricular or supraventricular arrhythmias.

From the digestive system: nausea, vomiting, bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract.

CNS and peripheral nervous system: more often - headache, less frequently - anxiety, restlessness, tremor of the fingers.
