Hypovarianism, amenorrhea, infertility, menopausal disorders in women, prostate adenoma, prostate and mammary glands.
Contraindications:
Liver disease, kidney disease, pregnancy.
Side effect:
Dizziness, nausea, vomiting, liver function abnormalities, endometrial hyperproliferation, metrorrhagia, feminization.
Dosage and administration:
V / m. Doses set individually depending on the diagnosis. Typically, 1.2 ml of a 0.1% solution (1.2 mg), 2 times a day for 6-8 days, or 0.5-5 ml of 2% solution of 1 times a day for a month.
