Dibazol has a hypotensive, vasodilator, antispasmodic action.

Spasm of the arteries: koronarospazm, hypertension, peripheral arterial spasm, spasm of smooth muscles of internal organs: stomach ulcer and duodenal ulcer, intestinal colic, diseases of nervous system: residual effects of polio, flaccid paralysis of the facial nerve.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity. Advanced age (decrease IOC).

Dosing and Administration

Not recommended to prescribe long-term treatment of hypertension, especially in elderly patients.

Drug interactions

Warns increase in systemic vascular resistance due to non-selective beta-blockers. It enhances the hypotensive effects of antihypertensive drugs and diuretics. Phentolamine bendazol enhances the hypotensive effect.
