The composition and form of issue:

Ointment. 1 g contains:

fluticasone propionate 50 mcg

excipients: propylene glycol sorbitane sesquioleate microcrystalline wax, liquid paraffin 

in the box to 15 grams in a cardboard bundle 1 tuba.

Cream. 1 g contains:

fluticasone propionate 500 mcg

excipients: liquid paraffin, methyl ethyl ketone cetostearyl alcohol propylene glycol 1000 cetomacrogol imagemachine sodium phosphate citric acid monohydrate purified water 

in the box to 15 grams in a cardboard bundle 1 tuba.

Pharmacological action:

Possesses glucocorticoid activity.

Indications:

Eczema (atopic, diskoidnaya, children) knobby pruritus psoriasis (excluding widespread plaque) neirodermatozy (including simple zoster, red flat zoster, seborrheic dermatitis) diskoidna lupus erythematosus red rash to generalized erythroderma (as an additional means of systemic therapy), insect bites, allergic contact reactions, itching.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, acne pink and vulgaris, perioral dermatitis, primary viral, fungal and bacterial skin infection, itching in the anogenital region.

Application of pregnancy and breast-feeding:

Perhaps if the expected effect therapy outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.

Side effects:

Allergic contact dermatitis local allergic reactions: burning and itching (called the product), secondary infection. With prolonged use at high doses — local atrophic skin changes (thinning, striae, dilation of superficial blood vessels, hypertrichosis, hypopigmentation), systemic absorption with symptoms of hypercortisolism, inhibition of the function of the adrenal cortex, relapse, tolerance.

Method of application and dose:

Local.

Treatment of acute and chronic dermatoses. Ointment or cream apply a thin layer to affected skin 1-2 times a day. The course of treatment — 2 weeks.

Reducing the risk of recurrence of the disease. After achieving a therapeutic effect in the acute phase, the frequency of application of ointment or cream save: it is recommended that once applied the product 2 times a week without the imposition of occlusive dressings. Precautions:
