Pharmacological action
Combined preparation containing a complex of vitamins and minerals, which are important factors of metabolic processes.
Vitamin-mineral complex designed to fill the physiological needs of vitamins and minerals and balanced against the daily requirement.
The compatibility of components in 1 pill is provided for vitamin preparations production technology.
Vitamin a (retinol) - involved in the formation of the visual pigments necessary for twilight and color vision; maintains the integrity of epithelial tissues, regulates bone growth.
Vitamin b 1 (thiamine) as a coenzyme involved in carbohydrate metabolism, functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin b 2 (Riboflavin) is a vital catalyst in cellular respiration and visual perception.
Vitamin b 6 (pyridoxine) as a coenzyme involved in protein metabolism and synthesis of neurotransmitters.
Vitamin b 12 (cyanocobalamin) is involved in the synthesis of nucleotides is an important factor for normal growth, hematopoiesis and development of epithelial cells; is necessary for the metabolism of folic acid and myelin synthesis.
Nicotinamide is involved in tissue respiration, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism.
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) provides the synthesis of collagen; involved in the formation and maintenance of the structure and function of cartilage, bones, teeth; affects the formation of hemoglobin, erythrocyte maturation.
Rutin (rutin) participates in oxidation-reduction processes, has antioxidant properties, prevents oxidation and promotes the deposition of ascorbic acid in the tissues.
Calcium Pantothenate as part of coenzyme a plays an important role in the acetylation and oxidation: promotes regeneration of the epithelium and endothelium.
Folic acid participates in the synthesis of amino acids, nucleotides, nucleic acids; essential for normal erythropoiesis.
Lipoic acid is involved in the regulation of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, has a lipotropic effect, affects the metabolism of cholesterol, improves liver function.
Vitamin E (tocopherol acetate) has antioxidant properties, maintains the stability of the red blood cells, prevents hemolysis, has a positive effect on gonadal function, nervous and muscular tissue.
Iron is involved in erythropoiesis, hemoglobin provides oxygen transport in tissue.
Copper prevents the development of iron deficiency anemia and oxygen starvation of organs and tissues, helps prevent osteoporosis. Increases strength and elasticity of blood vessels, affecting the connective tissue proteins.
Calcium is necessary for bone formation, blood clotting, the process of nerve impulse transmission, reduce skeletal and smooth muscle, normal functioning of the myocardium.
Cobalt regulates the metabolic processes, increases the protective vultures of the body.
Manganese plays an important role in metabolism, is part of many enzymes, strengthens bone and cartilage tissue.
Zinc has immunomodulatory properties, promotes the absorption of vitamin A. the regeneration and growth of hair.
Magnesium helps normalize blood pressure, stimulates the together with calcium the production of calcitonin and parathyroid hormone, prevents the deposition of calcium salts in the kidneys.
Phosphorus strengthens the bones and teeth, enhances mineralization, is part of ATP - the energy source of cells.
Testimony
- prevention and fill the deficit of vitamins and minerals;
- increased physical and mental stress;
- the recovery period after prolonged and/or severe diseases, including infectious;
- in the complex treatment in the appointment of antibiotic therapy.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Special instructions
Not recommended to take this drug in conjunction with other multivitamin preparations in order to avoid overdose.
In appointing the drug should be considered that a daily dose of retinol acetate during pregnancy should not exceed 5,000 IU.
Possible staining of urine in an intense yellow color, which is not dangerous, as due to the presence of Riboflavin in the composition of the drug.

Drug interactions
Iron and calcium delays the intestinal absorption of antibiotics from the group of tetracyclines and fluoroquinolones derivatives. While the use of vitamin C and sulfa drugs short-acting increases the risk of christallurii.
Antacids containing aluminum, magnesium, calcium and cholestyramine reduce the absorption of iron. Ascorbic acid enhances the absorption of drugs group of penicillin, iron.
While the appointment of diuretics from the group of thiazides increases the likelihood of hypercalcemia.
Vitamin B6 reduces the activity of levodopa in patients with Parkinson's disease.
