Pharmacokinetics:

The effect of the drug komplivit-Aktiv is a combined effect of its components, is a kinetic observation is not possible all components can be traced using markers or research.

Indications:

Children and adolescents aged 7 to 12 years:

  • for the prevention and treatment of hypovitaminosis, avitaminosis, lack of minerals and trace elements in the body during growth and development
  • to increase body resistance during increased physical and mental stress, and regular sports
  • insufficient and unbalanced diet
  • for regions with unfavorable ecological conditions.

Dosing regimen:

Assign inside of 1 tab. 1 time/day after a meal, squeezed enough liquid. The course of treatment is 1 month.

Side effects:

Possible: allergic reactions to components of the drug.

Contraindications:

  • children up to age 7 years
  • hypervitaminosis A
  • high content of calcium and iron in the body
  • hypersensitivity to the drug.

Not recommended for use in pernicious vitamin B12 deficiency anemia.

Special instructions:

If you have allergic reactions to the drug components komplivit-Aktiv should be abolished.

Not recommended simultaneous intake of other multivitamin preparations to avoid the development of overdose.

During the application Complivit Asset may staining of urine in a bright yellow color that has no clinical significance and is explained by the presence in the product of Riboflavin.

Overdose:

The patient should be informed that in case of accidental overdose, contact the doctor.

Treatment: temporary cessation of the drug, gastric lavage, reception activated carbon, symptomatic therapy.

Drug interactions:

The drug contains iron and calcium, so delaying absorption from the gastrointestinal tract of antibiotics from group of tetracycline and fluoroquinolones derivatives.

While the use of vitamin C and sulfa drugs short-acting increases the risk of christallurii.

Antacids containing aluminum, magnesium, calcium and cholestyramine reduce the absorption of iron.

When concomitant administration of thiazide diuretics increases risk of hypercalcemia.
