Release form and composition: 

The solution for the/m introduction transparent, pinkish-red color with a specific smell.

1 ml,  1 ampoule contains: 

thiamine hydrochloride (Vit. B1) 50 mg, 100 mg

pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6) 50 mg,  100 mg

cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12) 500 mcg, 1 mg

lidocaine hydrochloride 10 mg, 20 mg

Auxiliary substances: benzyl alcohol, sodium tripolyphosphate, potassium hexacyanoferrate, sodium hydroxide, water d/and.

2 ml - vials dark glass (5) - packs of cardboard.

2 ml - vials dark glass (10) - packs of cardboard.

Pharmacological action:

Combined polivitaminny product. The effect of the drug is determined by the properties of vitamins, included in its composition.

Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) is involved in conducting nerve impulses.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) has vital effects on the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats necessary for normal blood formation, functioning of the Central nervous system and peripheral nervous system. Provides synaptic transmission, the processes of inhibition in the CNS, is involved in the transport sphingosine, part of the nerve sheath, is involved in the synthesis of catecholamines.

Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is involved in the synthesis of nucleotides is an important factor for normal growth, hematopoiesis and development of epithelial cells is essential for the metabolism of folic acid and myelin synthesis.

Pharmacokinetics:

Data on the pharmacokinetics of the drug Combilipen do not exist.

Indications:

In the complex treatment of the following neurological diseases:

— trigeminal neuralgia

— neuritis of the facial nerve

— pain syndrome caused by spinal cord injuries (intercostal neuralgia, sciatica, lumbar syndrome, cervical syndrome, cervical-brachial syndrome, radicular syndrome, caused by degenerative changes of the spine)

— polyneuropathy of different etiology (diabetic, alcoholic).

Dosing regimen:

The drug is injected in/m.

When symptoms of the disease, prescribe 2 ml daily for 5-7 days, then 2 ml 2-3 times/week. for 2 weeks in mild cases - 2 ml 2-3 times/week. 7-10 days.

The duration is determined by physician individually depending on the severity of symptoms, but should not exceed 2 weeks.

For maintenance therapy it is recommended that oral forms of b vitamins.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions: skin itching, hives, shortness of breath, angioedema, anaphylactic shock.

Other: increased sweating, tachycardia, acne.

Contraindications:

— severe and acute decompensated heart failure

— pregnancy

— lactation (breast feeding)

— hypersensitivity to the drug.

Pregnancy and lactation:

The drug is contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding).

Special instructions:

Combilipen contains benzyl alcohol. Should not be prescribed to children because of the content of the drug is benzyl alcohol.

Overdose:

Symptoms: increased symptoms side effects of the drug.

Treatment: symptomatic therapy.

Drug interactions:

Thiamine completely dissolves in solutions containing sulfites.

Thiamine is incompatible with oxidizing and reducing substances: mercuric chloride, iodide, carbonate, acetate, tannic acid, iron-ammonium-citrate and sodium phenobarbital, Riboflavin, benzylpenicillin, dextrose and sodium metabisulphite.

Copper accelerates the destruction of thiamine in addition, thiamine loses its effect with increasing pH values (more than 3).

Levodopa reduces the effect of therapeutic doses of vitamin B6.

Vitamin B12 is incompatible with salts of heavy metals.

Terms and conditions of storage:

The drug should be stored out of the reach of children, protected from light, at 2° to 8°C. shelf Life - 2 years.
