Pharmacological action:
Increases the formation in the walls of capillaries mucopolysaccharides. Activates the formation of thromboplastin, and stimulates the formation III of the coagulation factor.
Clinical pharmacology:
Normalizes capillary permeability in pathological processes, improves microcirculation, increases the adhesion of platelets, it has a hemostatic effect. At/in the introduction hemostatic effect develops in 5-15 minutes, the maximum effect — in 1-2 hours, lasts 4-6 hours or more. When the/m imposing effect is somewhat slower.
Indications:
Bleeding (intestinal, uterine and operational interventions) in ENT, ophthalmic, dental, urological, surgical and gynecological practice, capillary bleeding, trauma, bleeding diathesis, diabetic angiopathy, polimenorea.
Contraindications:
Hemorrhage on a background of anticoagulants, thrombosis, and embolism ( incl. history).
Application of pregnancy and breast-feeding:
To apply caution in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Side effects:
Headache, dizziness, flushing of the face, decreased blood pressure, paresthesia of the lower extremities.
Method of application and dose:
In/in, in/m for 1 h before surgery, for maintenance, 0.25–0.5 g (2-4 ml 12.5% solution). If risk of postoperative bleeding 0.5–0.75 g (4-6 oz) per day. If necessary, during operation/injected 0.25–0.5 g (2-4 ml). For medicinal purposes — 0,25–0,5 g (2-4 ml) overnight, and then 0.25 g every 4-6 h. you Can enter in/to drip, adding to the usual solutions for infusion. Special instructions:
Should not be mixed in the same syringe with other drugs.
