The composition and form of issue:
1 tablet contains calcium gluconate 0.5 g bezyazykov or in a contour acheikova packing 10 PCs.
1 ml solution for injection 0.1 g in ampoules of 1 and 5 ml, in a cardboard box 10 PCs
Pharmacological action:
Involved in the transmission of nerve impulses to reduce skeletal and smooth muscles, blood clotting and other physiological processes.
Indications:
Failure of the parathyroid glands, hypocalcemia, allergic diseases and complications related to the medication, increased permeability of blood vessels, skin diseases (itching, eczema, psoriasis), bleeding, parenchymal hepatitis, toxic liver damage, nephritis, eclampsia, paroxysmal gipercalziemicescoy form of mioplegii, poisoning by magnesium salts, fluorine and oxalic acids.
Contraindications:
Hypercalcemia, hypercoagulability, tendency to thrombosis, severe atherosclerosis.
Side effects:
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, bradycardia, necrosis (when the/m introduction).
Method of application and dose:
Inside (before eating), in/m or/in (slowly over 2-3 min). Adults 1-3 g 2-3 times a day, children up to 1 year — 0.5 g, 2-4 years — 1 g, 5-6 years — 1-1. 5 g 7-9 years 1.5–2 g, 10-14 years — 2-3 g 2-3 times a day. Parenteral adult: 5-10 ml daily every other day or 2 days, children depending on age — from 1 to 5 ml every 2-3 days.
Precautions:
Children should not be introduced.
Special instructions:
Syringe-fill should not contain alcohol residue (possibly education sludge).
