The composition and form of issue:

100 g fat emulsions in aqueous gel contain diclaufenaka diethylamide 1, 16 g, which corresponds to 1 g of diclofenac sodium in tubes of 20 and 50 grams in a box 1 tuba.

Indications:

Inflammation of the muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons injuries (contusion, strain, sprain), rheumatic diseases of soft tissues (tenosynovitis, bursitis, syndrome of the shoulder-brush, periartropatii), local manifestations of degenerative diseases of bones and joints (osteoarthritis of the peripheral joints, osteochondrosis), in particular pain syndrome.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, incl. other NPVS, isopropanol or propylene glycol bronchial asthma, urticaria or acute rhinitis caused by acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs in history.

Application of pregnancy and breast-feeding:

Not recommended (clinical experience of use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not available).

Side effects:

Local: sometimes contact dermatitis (itching, redness, swelling, the appearance of papules, vesicles, blisters or scales) of the system: in some cases, — photosensitization, is a common skin rash, allergic reactions (including bronchospasm, angioedema).

Method of application and dose:

Topically applied to the skin 3-4 times a day and gently RUB. The necessary amounts of the gel depends on the size of painful area, for example, 2-4 g of the drug (comparable in size to the size of a cherry or walnut, respectively) sufficient to cause the square of 400-800 cm2.

Precautions:

Not be applied to skin wounds or open lesions should avoid contact with the mucous membrane. Long-term treatment or application on the relatively large surface of the skin for more than 2 weeks do not exclude the possibility of systemic adverse reactions (requires medical supervision).

Should refrain from the use of drugs in paediatric practice, since safety and efficacy of its use in children has not been determined.
