Composition and form of release
1 film-coated tablet, retard contains ibuprofen 800 mg; in a blister of 10 PCs., in a box of 1 blister or in a package of 20 and 30 PCs.
Pharmacological action
Pharmacological action-analgesic, anti-inflammatory.
Inhibits the synthesis of PG.
Indications of the drug Brufen retard
Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, extra-articular rheumatism, osteoarthritis, shoulder periarthritis (capsulitis), bursitis, tendinitis, tendosinovitis, lumbar pain, postoperative, traumatic, tooth pain, headache (including migraine), dysmenorrhea, fever in infectious and inflammatory diseases.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum," aspirin " triad, attacks of bronchial asthma (including a history), childhood (up to 12 years), pregnancy, breast-feeding (suspend).
Side effects
Dyspeptic disorders, gastrointestinal bleeding, thrombocytopenia, allergic reactions.
Interaction
Reduces the diuretic and natriuretic effect of thiazide diuretics. Indirect anticoagulants increase the risk of bleeding.
Dosage and administration
Inside, after eating, with a small amount of liquid, in several doses, 2 tables. for one reception 1 time a day (in the evening or before going to bed). In severe conditions, the daily dose is increased by 1 table. for use in the morning in addition to the evening dose.
Precautionary measures
With caution, patients with impaired renal, cardiac or hepatic functions are prescribed (under constant monitoring of renal function, reduced doses of NSAIDs are used).
Storage conditions of the drug Brufen retard
In a dry place, at a temperature no higher than 25 °C.
Keep out of reach of children.
Shelf life of the drug Brufen retard
3 years.
Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
