excipients: propyl gallate (anhydrous) sodium glutamate (anhydrous), mannitol (up to 77 mg) magnesium stearate starch pregelatinization indigotin titanium dioxide gelatin

Capsules 7 mg Light-beige powder, placed in a hard gelatin capsule of size No. 3, cover and case opaque blue.

Capsule of 3.5 mg of Light beige powder, placed in a hard gelatin capsule of size No. 3, blue opaque cap, white opaque body.
Pharmacological action:
Immunobiological. Modulates immune response and stimulates both cellular and humoral immunity. Reduces the frequency and severity of infections, thus reducing the need of antibiotics.
Indications:
Broncho-munal
infectious diseases of the respiratory tract in adults and children older than 12 years (in the complex therapy as immunomodulating tools)
prevention of recurrent infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract (chronic bronchitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, otitis).

infectious diseases of the respiratory tract in children aged from 6 months to 12 years (in the complex therapy as immunomodulating tools)
prevention of recurrent infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract (chronic bronchitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, otitis).
Contraindications:
Increased individual sensitivity to product components.
Application of pregnancy and breast-feeding:
The use of the drug, Broncho-munal during pregnancy and lactation only if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus or infant.
Side effects:
In the history of the use of drugs adverse effects were recorded very rarely. Reported isolated cases of disorders of the gastrointestinal (epigastric pain, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting), increased body temperature. If these symptoms are mild, the drugs is not required. Possible manifestations of hypersensitivity to drugs (allergic skin reactions). With the appearance of hypersensitivity reactions is recommended abolition of drugs.
Drug interactions:
Drugs can be used concurrently with other drugs, including antibiotics.
Method of application and dose:
Broncho-munal
The drug is taken in the morning on an empty stomach. The daily dose is 1 capsule.
If the patient cannot swallow the capsule, open it, the contents mixed with a small amount of liquid (tea, milk or juice).
In the acute period of the disease is recommended daily intake 1 capsule. Broncho-munal until symptoms disappear, but not less than 10 days. The next 2 months possible prophylactic use of the preparation: courses of 10 days (on 1 caps. daily) with 20-day intervals between them.
For the prevention of infectious diseases of the respiratory tract the drug is used three 10-day courses with 20-day intervals between them.

Overdose:
There were no clinical symptoms of overdose. No reports of intoxication due to overdose of drugs.
Special instructions:
Broncho-munal
Between oral vaccines and drug Broncho-munal is recommended 4-week interval.
The drug is not recommended for children under 6 months.
In order to avoid overdose children from 6 months to 12 years should apply Broncho-munal, capsule of 3.5 mg.
Not recommended use of the drug in acute intestinal diseases due to a possible reduction in the effectiveness of the drug.
Effects on ability to drive and operate machinery
Does not require special precautions.

The drug is not recommended for children under 6 months.
In order to avoid overdose children should not use capsule for adults (Broncho-munal).
