100 ml nasal spray contain framizetin sulfate 1, 25 g, which corresponds to 800000 IU in vials with spray 15 ml.
Pharmacological action:
It damages the cytoplasmic membrane of the microbial cell, disorganizes the flow of metabolites inside it with rapid subsequent death.
Description of the pharmacological action:
Framizetin — the bactericidal antibiotic for local application of the aminoglycoside. The concentration of framicetin, achieved with local application, provides its bactericidal activity against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, pathogens of infectious processes of the upper respiratory tract.
Indications:
Rhinitis, acute rhinopharyngitis, sinusitis.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity (including to other aminoglycosides).
Side effect:
Rare — allergic skin reactions.
Method of application and doses:
Intranasally, injected into each nasal passage, holding the container in an upright position. 1 injection 4-6 times (children 3 times) per day for 10 days (no more).
Precautionary measures:
It should be borne in mind that when you use more than 10 days of possible disruption of the natural microflora of the nasopharynx (dysbiosis). It is not recommended to use for washing the sinuses. If there is no improvement within 10 days, it is necessary to make a correction in the treatment. Perhaps the emergence of resistant strains.
