Pharmachologic effect:
Irritating to mucous membrane receptors of the colon and increases peristalsis. It stimulates the excretion of water and electrolytes into the intestinal lumen and blocks the reabsorption.
Clinical Pharmacology:
The therapeutic effect is within the first hour.
Indications:
Hypotonic dyskinesia of the colon in the elderly, after surgery and childbirth, at a dietary regulation power mode stool with hemorrhoids, proctitis, anal fissures preparation of the colon for surgical interventions, instrumental and radiological investigations.
Contraindications:
