The composition and form of issue: 

The filtrate of phage lysate of Klebsiella pneumonia, Oseni, rhinoscleroma. The preservative chinosol at a final concentration of 0, 1+, ?0, 02 mg/ml Liquid in ampoule of 5 ml or 10 ml, pack of 10 and 5 units respectively or in vials of 20 ml, 4 vials in the package.

Pharmacological action:

Cause lysis of Klebsiella.

Indications:

Ozena, rhinoscleroma, infections caused by Klebsiella.

Method of application and dose:

Orally, rectally, vnutripolostno, local, inhalation.

Treatment ozeny and rhinoscleroma: lavage of the nasal cavity and mucosa of the upper respiratory tract (dose 10-15 ml and then injected turundas, soaked with the drug for 1 h, repeated 2-3 times a day, the rate 20-40 days) introduction to sinuses inhalation — with the defeat of the pharynx, larynx, trachea course of 10-15 days.

Treatment of infections of ENT organs: otitis media — lavage and introduction into the cavity of the middle ear at a dose of 2-5 ml 1-3 times a day, laying the turundae, soaked with the drug — rate of 7-15 days sinusitis — sinus rinse (5-10 ml), and the introduction into the cavity (2-3 ml) once a day for 5-7 days.

In the treatment of cystitis and pyelonephritis in addition to the introduction into the cavity of the bladder, administered inside of 10-20 ml 3 times a day for 5-7 days.

Precautions:

Not suitable for the application of drugs in the dimness, with cereal, in violation of labeling and expired shelf life.
