The composition and form of issue:
Ointment 1 tube contains:
prednisolone kapronat 40 mg
lidocaine hydrochloride 40 mg
D-panthenol 40 mg
triclosan in an ointment base 20 mg
in tubes of 20 g in a box 1 tuba.
Pharmacological action:
Prednisone (glucocorticoid) reduces vascular permeability. Lidocaine blocks the transport of Na+ across cell membranes, reduces the perception of pain impulse. Panthenol improves energy metabolism and tissue trophism. Triclosan has antimicrobial action.
Indications:
Itching of the anus, eczema, dermatitis perianal region different etiology, hemorrhoids, fistula of the anus, anopapillit.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity, viral, fungal and bacterial infections, precancerous diseases and tumors of the skin.
Side effects:
Skin atrophy, striae, hypertrichosis, local (in rare cases) system reaction characteristic of glucocorticoids (long-term use and/or applied to large surface of the skin) bradycardia.
Method of application and dose:
Topically applied to the affected area with a thin layer of the ointment 2-4 times a day, after reducing symptoms, 1-2 times per day for internal hemorrhoids a small amount of ointment is administered into the rectum.
