The composition and form of issue

1 ampoule with 1 ml of solution for injection contains atropine sulfate 1 mg, in a cardboard box of 10 PCs.

Pharmacological action:

Pharmacological action-mydriatic, antispasmodic.

Blocks peripheral and Central m-cholinergic receptors.

Pharmacodynamics

Reduces the tone of smooth muscle organs (bronchi, abdominal organs, uterus, urinary tract), reduces the secretion of salivary, gastric, bronchial, sweat glands, pancreas, increases heart rate, relaxes the fibers of the circular muscle of the iris, dilates the pupil and increases intraocular pressure, causes accommodation paralysis. In the Central nervous system prevents cholinergic interneuronal contacts, reduces trembling and muscle tension in patients with parkinsonism, excites the respiratory center.

Indications of the drug Atropine sulfate

Ulcers disease stomach and duodenal ulcers, pilorospazme, cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, intestinal spasms and urinary tract, bradiaritmii developed as a result of an increase in vagal tone, before anesthesia and surgery (for the prevention of broncho - and laryngospasm, and reduction in the secretion of salivary and bronchial glands and cardiac vagal reflexes), x-ray examination of the gastrointestinal tract, nicotinic poisoning (including organophosphate) funds, bronchial asthma, bronchitis with the overproduction of mucus.

Contraindications:

Glaucoma, obstructive bowel and urinary tract diseases, paralytic ileus.

Side effect:

Dry mouth, dilated pupil, paresis of accommodation, tachycardia, difficulty urinating, intestinal atony, dizziness, headache.
