Testimony
Hypokalemia, including when using loop diuretics; in the complex therapy for heart failure, coronary artery disease; heart rhythm disorders (including myocardial infarction, cardiac glycoside intoxication).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, hyperkalemia, hypermagnesemia, acute and chronic renal failure, adrenal insufficiency, AV???????, violation of amino acid metabolism, hemolysis, severe myasthenia, severe hypotension (SBP <90 mm Hg.St.), dehydration, acute metabolic acidosis.
Side effects
From the digestive tract: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dry mouth, pain or burning in the epigastric region (in patients with anatsidnyh gastritis or cholecystitis), flatulence, ulceration of the mucous membrane of the digestive tract.
Other: hyperkalemia (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, paresthesia), hypermagnesemia (redness of the face, thirst, lower blood pressure, hyporeflexia, respiratory depression, seizures), AV blockade, paradoxical reaction (increased number of extrasystoles), dyspnoea, pruritus; at/in the introduction — dizziness, phlebitis.
