Its action against gram-positive bacteria, especially streptococci and staphylococci, causing inflammatory infections of the oral cavity Igor, based on two different mechanisms of action. Tyrocidine pervonachalnaya the transport of nutrients across the bacterial membrane and initiate the lysis at the end. Gramicins are the cause of the formation of pores in the bacterial membrane, which leads to a decrease in the gradient of the hydrogen ion necessary for synthesizing pF, which leads to a halt in metabolism in the bacterial cell. When mastromarino tyrothricin improves the processes of granulation and epithelialization.

Benzalkonium chloride-surface-active cation, violates the permeability of the cell membrane of microorganisms and inhibits enzymatic processes, is active against many pathogenic bacteria, some types of viruses, fungi and protozoa.

Benzocaine is a local anesthetic (ethyl ester of para-aminobenzoic acid), which begins to act quickly (in 1 min) because of its similarity with the structure of the membrane, prevents its depolarization and thus blocks the transmission of pain impulses along nerve fibers.
