Composition and form of issue:

Dispersible tablets, 1 tablet contains active substance:

amoxicillin trihydrate 574 mg

1004, 5 mg

(equivalent to 500 mg or 875 mg amoxicillin, respectively) 

potassium clavulanate 148, 87 mg

(equivalent to 125 mg clavulanic acid for both dosages) 

excipients: flavor of "Tropical blend" flavor "Sweet orange" aspartame silicon dioxide colloidal anhydrous iron (III) oxide yellow E172 talc castor oil, hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon 

in blister 2 tablets in a pack of cardboard 5 or 7 blisters.

Method of application and doses:

Inside. The tablets should be dissolved in half a glass of water (at least 30 ml) and thoroughly mixed, then drink or hold the tablets in the mouth until completely dissolved, then swallow.

In order to reduce the risk of side effects from the gastrointestinal tract should take the drug at the beginning of the meal.

Adults and children over 12 years (or body weight >40 kg): in the case of mild and moderate course of infection — 1 table. (625 mg) every 12 h, in the case of respiratory infections and severe infections — 1 table. (625 mg) every 8 h or 1 table. (1000 mg) every 12 hours

In case of initiation of treatment with parenteral administration of the drug it is possible to continue taking oral tablets Amoxiclav Kviktab. Duration of treatment - up to 14 days.

Doses for renal insufficiency

In accordance with the severity of functional kidney disorders, it is necessary to reduce the dose of the drug and/or increase the dosing interval.

Patients with moderate renal insufficiency (Cl creatinine from 10 to 30 ml / min) recommended 1 table. (625 mg) every 12 hours

Patients with severe renal insufficiency (Cl creatinine <10 ml / min) recommended 1 table. (625 mg) every 24 hours.

In cases of anuria should increase the interval between taking the drug to 48 h (or more).
