heparin 65 IU

prednisolone acetate 2,233 mg

polidocanol 30 mg

auxiliary substances: paraffin, solid paraffin viscous lanolin anhydrous silicon dioxide 

in the aluminium tubes to 20 grams in a cardboard bundle 1 tuba.

Suppositories for rectal application. 1 supp. contains:

heparin 120 IU

prednisolone acetate 1,675 mg

polidocanol 30 mg

excipients: miglyol 812 of silicon dioxide novatus In glycerin tristearate 

in packing contour cell 5 PCs in a pack 2 packs cardboard.

Description pharmaceutical form:

Ointment, yellowish-white, translucent, gel-like, with a characteristic odor.

Suppositories — white, conical in shape, on the cut — white, homogeneous structure.

Feature:

Combined protivogemorroidalnoe tool.

Description pharmacological action:

The action is determined by the properties included in the drug component.

Heparin is the anticoagulant of direct action, when applied topically provides local antithrombotic, protivoekssoudative and moderate anti-inflammatory effect helps to regenerate connective tissue, prevent blood coagulation to hemorrhoids.

Prednisone — corticosteroids, anti-inflammatory, protivoekssoudative and anti-allergic effect, reduces inflammation and related subjective sensations (itching, burning, pain) in the anorectal region.

Polidocanol has local anesthetic effect and ensures that the sclerosing hemorrhoids.

Indications:

  • hemorrhoids (external and internal)
  • thrombophlebitis of the hemorrhoidal veins
  • fistula, fissure, eczema and itching anorectal.

Contraindications:

  • hypersensitivity
  • bacterial, viral, fungal skin
  • tuberculosis
  • syphilis
  • skin tumors
  • pregnancy (I trimester)
  • reactions to administration of vaccines
  • predisposition to bleeding.

Application of pregnancy and breast-feeding:

Contraindicated in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, hyperemia of skin. With prolonged use or application to large surface of the skin are possible systemic side effects.

Method of application and dose:

Ointment. External with external hemorrhoids applied to the affected areas in a thin layer 2-4 times a day, and after the disappearance of the pain — 1 time a day for another 7 days. For internal hemorrhoids for the introduction of the ointment (small amount) into the rectum using a special tip.

Candles: Rectal for internal hemorrhoids a suppository is administered after a bowel movement 1-2 times a day.
