Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity, neuritis of the auditory nerve, pronounced renal dysfunction, uremia, pregnancy.
Side effect:
Hearing impairment, renal function and neuromuscular conduction, headache, anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, nausea, vomiting, increase in serum bilirubin and transaminase, allergic reactions.
Drug Interactions:
Diuretics (furosemide, Uregei) increase ototoxicity.
Dosage and administration:
V / m. The average daily dose - 3 mg / kg. Multiplicity of - 2 times a day. In the case of severe infection dose can be increased up to 5 mg / kg / day, frequency of administration - 3-4 times per day. When urinary tract infections - in a daily dose of 2 mg / kg in 2 hours.
