Pharmacological action

Antianginal, antihypertensive, antiarrhythmic

Indications for use

Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, supraventricular extrasystoles, fibrillation and atrial flutter, angina (including prinzmetals, voltage), hypertension.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, bradycardia, chronic heart failure IIB - III stage, pronounced arterializations, cardiogenic shock (except arrhythmia induced), sinoaurikuliarnaya blockade, atrioventricular block II and III degree, acute myocardial infarction, syndrome weakness sinusnogo hub, stenosis of estuary of aorta, syndrome Wolff-Parkinson-white, syndrome Morgagni — Adams — Stokes, congestive heart failure, concomitant use of beta-blockers (intravenously), pregnancy, lactation, age to 18 years.

Method of application and doses

Inside. The dosage regimen and duration of treatment set individually depending on the patient's condition, severity, characteristics of the disease and effectiveness of therapy.
