Pharmacological action
Pharmacological action - inhibiting estrogen synthesis, antitumor.
Dosage and administration
Inside, regardless of the meal.
Recommended dose Estrolet® is 2, 5 mg (1 table.) once a day, every day, for a long time.
As an extended adjuvant therapy, treatment should last for 5 years (no longer).
If signs of disease progression, the drug Estrolet® should be discontinued.
In elderly patients, the correction of the dose of Estrogen® is not required.
Patients with impaired liver and/or kidney function. In hepatic or renal (Cl creatinine ?10 ml/min) insufficiency dose adjustment is not required. However, in severe liver failure (severity — C on the child-Pugh scale), patients should be under constant supervision.
Form release
Tablets, film-coated, 2, 5 mg, 10 tabl. in the contour cell packaging of polymer film and aluminum foil. On 1, 3, 6, 9 or 10 contour cell packages are placed in a cardboard pack.
By 10, 30, 60, 90 or 100 tables. in plastic bottles, sealed with plastic lids. On the bottle stick a self-adhesive label. 1 FL. placed in a cardboard box.

In a dry, dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
Keep out of reach of children.
The shelf life of the drug Estrolet®
2 years.
Do not use after the expiration date specified on the package.
