The composition and form of issue: 

Solution for intramuscular injection, 3 ml contains:

sodium diclofenac 75 mg

excipients (propylene glycol, mannitol, benzyl asleep, picosulfate sodium, sodium hydroxide 1 M solution, water for injection) up to 1 ml 

in ampoules of 5 ml, in a contour acheikova package 5 PCs in one pallet 2 packages.

Ointment 1%, 100 g contains:

the sodium salt of diclofenac (or ortophenum) 1 g

dimexide 10 g

auxiliary substances: (a polyethylene oxide-1500, polyethylene oxide-400 1, 2-propylene glycol) up to 100 g ointment 

in tubes of 30 grams in a cardboard bundle 1 tuba.

Suppositories, 1 supp. contains:

diclofenac 0, 05 g

excipients: (1, 2-propylene glycol, Aerosil, witepsol) — a sufficient number to obtain a suppository weight of 1, 43 to 1, 58 g 

in a contour acheikova packing 10 PCs. in cardboard pack 1 pack.

Method of application and dose:

V/m, topically, rectally.

In/m deep in the muscle in the upper outer quadrant of the buttocks using the standard needle for a/m injection at a dose of 75 mg (one ampoule) per day. If necessary (e.g. colic of various origins), increase the dose to 2 vials a day every few hours (the next injection should be the other cheek). You can also combine the assignment of Diclofenac injection (1 ampoule per day) with Diclofenac tablets. The total daily dose of the two dosage forms should not exceed 150 mg.

Diclofenac injection is recommended to introduce no more than 2 days in a row, then go to Diclofenac tablets.

Externally. Ointment, 2-4 year, apply a thin layer, gently rubbing the skin over the area of inflammation 2-3 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 8 g. the Course of treatment — 7-14 days.

Rectal, 50 mg 2 times a day. Daily dose of diclofenac adult does not exceed 150 mg.
