Composition and form of release:

1 tablet or capsule contains 0.0005 g of nitroglycerin in a polystyrene tube of 40 tablets, in a cardboard pack of 1 tube or in a contour cell package of 20 capsules, in a cardboard pack of 2 packages.

Pharmacological action:

When interacting with the sulfhydryl groups of endogenous receptors, nitric oxide is cleaved off, activating cytosolic guanylate cyclase. The resulting cyclic guanosine monophosphate reduces the concentration of free calcium and relaxes muscle cells. Promotes the release of prostacyclin from the endothelium and inhibits the synthesis of thromboxane A2.

Indications:

Angina pectoris.

Contraindications:

Glaucoma, craniocerebral hypertension, impaired cerebral circulation, severe cerebroaterosclerosis.

Side effect:

Tinnitus, headache, dizziness, hypotension, tachycardia.

Sublingual-by 0, 0005-0, 001 g. The tablet or capsule is held under the tongue until it is completely absorbed, to accelerate the effect, you can crush the tablet (capsule) with your teeth.
